Implementary Opens Decision-Test Meetings at Gastech 2026 in Bangkok

Energy and commodity executives can bring one live LNG, trading or transformation decision to a 20-minute independent session at BITEC, 14-16 September.

No deck. Start with the decision. Bring the call, consequence and latest useful date. If the evidence is strong, I’ll say so. If not, leave with the gap, owner and next action.”
— Jason Novobranec | Chief Operating Officer, Implementary
SINGAPORE, SINGAPORE, September 8, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- Implementary, an independent executive advisory firm for commodity and energy trading, will attend Gastech 2026 at BITEC in Bangkok from 14 to 16 September and has opened a series of 20-minute decision-test meetings for industry executives.

The meetings are designed for leaders facing a material call across LNG and gas portfolios, trading, risk, finance, operations, E/CTRM, ERP, data, AI, vendor, go-live or investment decisions. Each session starts with one live decision rather than a capability presentation.

Gastech runs from 14 to 17 September and brings together leaders across natural gas, LNG, low-carbon solutions, electrification and AI for energy. Its May 2026 Asia market outlook highlights the operating pressure created when supply routes, price assumptions and security-of-supply choices change quickly. The report states that about 20% of global LNG transit passes through the Strait of Hormuz, that 90% of the volume exported through the Strait in 2025 was destined for Asia, and that natural gas accounts for about 60% of Thailand's electricity generation. The report notes that its data was valid as of 19 May 2026.
Those market conditions can create decisions that do not sit neatly inside a single function. A cargo or route change can affect nominations, valuation, credit, liquidity, settlement, data and operational control. A new supply source or contract structure can expose gaps across master data, interfaces, approvals and system readiness. A Board or programme sponsor can receive more reporting while still lacking a defensible position on whether to continue, condition, reset, narrow, delay or stop.

The 20-minute session tests five points: the exact decision, the accountable owner, the latest useful date, the consequence of delay or error, and the real options together with the material limitation in the strongest current option.

The meeting can end in one of three ways: the current route is sufficient; one evidence gap or ownership issue needs to be resolved; or a deeper independent review is justified. No sensitive documents are required, and the session does not include a software pitch or generic maturity assessment.
Novobranec has more than two decades of experience across commodity and energy trading transformation, implementation, vendor translation, programme recovery and executive decision support. At Gastech, he will focus on discussions with executives responsible for trading and portfolio decisions, risk and finance, operations, technology, data and transformation.
